CHAPTER 5 - LEGAL HOLIDAYS
Section 53-5-70. Banks and cash depositories may do business on any day except Sunday.

Universal Citation: SC Code § 53-5-70 (2017)

Any business transacted by any bank or cash depository on any day of the year other than Sunday shall be legal.
