CHAPTER 9 - HUNTING AND FISHING LICENSES
Section 50-9-1170. Expiration of suspension period.
Universal Citation: SC Code § 50-9-1170 (2017)
After the expiration of the period of suspension, the person's record shall be cleared of points and the person starts anew with no points.
