CHAPTER 2 - CREDIT SALES
Section 37-2-712. Confession of judgment.

Universal Citation: SC Code § 37-2-712 (2017)

A lessee may not authorize any person to confess judgment on a claim arising out of a consumer rental-purchase agreement. An authorization in violation of this section is void.
