CHAPTER 51 - DEATH BY WRONGFUL ACT AND LYNCHING
Section 15-51-60. Effect of action prior to death.
Universal Citation: SC Code § 15-51-60 (2017)
The provisions of this article shall not apply to any case in which the person injured has, for such injury, brought action, which has proceeded to trial and final judgment before his or her death.
