CHAPTER 37 - ASSESSMENT OF PROPERTY TAXES
Section 12-37-2190. Effect of other ad valorem taxes.
Universal Citation: SC Code § 12-37-2190 (2017)
The ad valorem taxation authorized by this article shall be in lieu of all other ad valorem taxes upon the private cars of private car companies.
