CHAPTER 5 - SECRETARY OF STATE
Section 1-5-10. Compensation.
Universal Citation: SC Code § 1-5-10 (2017)
The Secretary of State shall receive such annual salary as may be provided by the General Assembly, and the fees or perquisites of the office shall be paid into the Treasury of the State.
