Section 25-1-2965. Resisting arrest, and escape.

SC Code § 25-1-2965 (2016) What's This?

Any person subject to this code who resists apprehension or breaks arrest or who escapes from physical restraint lawfully imposed may be punished as a court-martial may direct.
