CHAPTER 13 - CONDUCT OF ELECTIONS
SECTION 7-13-60. Hours polls open.
SC Code § 7-13-60 (2014) What's This?
The polls must be opened at seven o'clock a.m. and closed at seven o'clock p.m. the day of election and must be held open during these hours without intermission or adjournment.
