CHAPTER 7 - CHILD PROTECTION AND PERMANENCY
SECTION 63-7-1610. Jurisdiction and venue.

(A) The family court has exclusive jurisdiction over all proceedings held pursuant to this article.
(B) The county in which the child resides is the legal place of venue.
