SECTION 14-9-20. Form of question to be submitted.

SC Code § 14-9-20 (2014) What's This?

At any such election the question of the establishment of such a county court shall be submitted to the electors in this form: "Shall a county court be established for the county of _?" inserting the name of the county in which the electors voting are resident. Upon this question the electors shall vote "Yes" or "No."
