CHAPTER 11 - INTERSTATE AGREEMENT ON DETAINERS
SECTION 17-11-20. "Appropriate court" defined.

The phrase "appropriate court" as used in the Agreement on Detainers shall, with reference to the courts of this State, mean a court of record with criminal jurisdiction.
