Section 56-27-10 - Definitions.
SC Code § 56-27-10 (2012) What's This?
As used in this chapter:
(a) "Person" means an individual, corporation, partnership, association, or any other business entity.
(b) "House" means a dwelling, building, or other structure in excess of fourteen feet in width.
