SC Code § 50-13-2011 (2012) What's This?

The department has management authority over the lakes and ponds that it owns or leases. It may establish terms and conditions under which the public may use the lakes and ponds pursuant to the provisions of Article 3, Chapter 23, Title 1 (the Administrative Procedures Act).
