Section 25-7-100 - Arrests without warrant.
SC Code § 25-7-100 (2012) What's This?
If any person is arrested under Section 25-7-90 without a warrant, a warrant shall be obtained by the arresting officer, from a proper officer, within forty-eight hours after such arrest and commitment.
