Section 24-3-730 - Neglecting or refusing aid; fine.


SC Code § 24-3-730 (2012) What's This?

If any person, when so required by the Director of the Department of Corrections, shall neglect or refuse to give such aid and assistance, he shall pay a fine not exceeding fifty dollars.
