Section 42-29-10 Removal of deputies by court.

§ 42-29-10. Removal of deputies by court.

Any deputy sheriff may be removed for misdemeanor in office by the Rhode Island supreme court or by the superior court sitting for the county to which the officer belongs, upon complaint made.
