§ 8-2-12. Seal of superior court.

The superior court shall have a seal in each of the counties of Providence, Newport, Kent, and Washington, which shall contain the words "SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE OF RHODE ISLAND AND PROVIDENCE PLANTATIONS", with the name of the county in which the seal belongs, and also such device as the justices of the court, or a majority of them, shall adopt.
