§ 5-69-9. Fees and renewal.

The non-refundable application fee for licensure shall be as set forth in § 23-1-54. Licenses shall be renewed every two (2) years on October first of even numbered years upon payment of a fee as set forth in § 23-1-54, compliance with ICRC/AODA member board requirements, and compliance with any additional requirements that the licensing board may promulgate. The requirements may include the establishment of standards for continuing education.
