§ 40-8.2-20. Eligibility for certification.

A certification will apply to any provider who agrees to provide services in accordance with the laws and regulations governing the Rhode Island Medicaid program and who has in effect a proper professional license when such a license is a prerequisite to rendering services. Nothing contained herein shall be construed to mean that certification may not be revoked for failure to provide proper professional services, although a provider's professional license has not been revoked or suspended.
