§ 4-19-11.3. Penalty for violations.

Any person, firm, or corporation who or that violates any provision of this chapter, unless the penalty is otherwise stated in a specific subsection, is subject upon conviction, plea of guilty, or plea of nolo contendere to a fine of five hundred dollars ($500) for the first offense and not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000) for the second and subsequent offense and loss of animal(s) and revocation of license and/r certificate after a public hearing.
