§ 39-14.2-6. Transportation network services administrative reserve account - Recovery of administration and enforcement expenses.
There is hereby created a fund to be known as the transportation network services administration reserve account, a restricted-use account within the division of public utilities and carriers. Such account, hereinafter referred to as the "fund", shall be used for the purpose of providing the financial means for the division to fulfill its regulatory oversight of this chapter; enforcing relevant sections of this chapter; and any other administrative expense deemed necessary by the administrator.
