Section 35-4-4.7 - Public disclosure.

§ 35-4-4.7. Public disclosure.

(a) Any bank otherwise eligible for deposits or investments under this chapter shall make available for public inspection, upon request, the following:

(1) The latest CRA statement;

(2) The most recent CRA public disclosure report by the appropriate regulatory organization(s);

(3) The most recent report under the federal Home Mortgage Disclosure Act, 12 U.S.C. § 2801 et seq.; and

(4) Any documents relating to fair lending audits.

(b) Nothing in this section shall be construed to require a bank to make public any document not otherwise deemed public by applicable state or federal law.
