§ 27-2.1-2. Review of application fee.
Whenever any foreign insurance company has made application to transact insurance business within the state, the applicant shall be assessed for the actual time incurred in conducting the analysis in accordance with the expense calculation for examinations under subdivision 27-13.1-7(a)(1).
