Section 23-18.10-2 - Definitions.

§ 23-18.10-2. Definitions.

(a) "CFC 11 and CFC 12" are two (2) members of fully halogenated chlorofluorocarbons, which are substances containing carbon, fluorine, and chlorine, having no hydrogen atoms and no double bonds.

(b) "Director" means the director of the department of environmental management.

(c) "Person" or "anyone" means any natural person, firm, corporation, partnership, or other organization or group however organized.
