§ 5-37.2-20 Practice without a license a misdemeanor.

A person who represents himself or herself as a practitioner of acupuncture and Oriental medicine, or any branch of acupuncture and Oriental medicine, and who engages in the practice of acupuncture and Oriental medicine, or any branch of acupuncture and Oriental medicine, in this state without holding a valid license issued by the department is guilty of a misdemeanor.
