Section 34-36-32 - Sale or disposition of entirety.

§ 34-36-32 Sale or disposition of entirety. – Unless otherwise provided in the declaration or bylaws, and notwithstanding the provisions of §§ 34-36-30 and 34-36-31, the unit owners may, by an affirmative vote of at least three-fourths ( 3/4) of the unit owners, at a meeting of unit owners duly called for that purpose, elect to sell or otherwise dispose of the property. The action shall be binding upon all unit owners and it shall become the duty of every unit owner to execute and deliver the instruments and to perform all acts as in manner and form may be necessary to effect the sale.
