Chapter 6-10 - Labeling of Thread
Section 6-10-3 - Identification of manufacturer or distributor.
§ 6-10-3 Identification of manufacturer or distributor. – The marking required by this chapter shall in all cases be in combination with the name and place of business of the manufacturer or distributor of the thread, or a trademark, symbol, brand, or other mark that positively identifies the manufacturer or distributor and which shall be filed with the state sealer of weights and measures in the state department of labor and training.
