§ 5-65.3-8 Responsibilities, performance and conduct. [Effective January 1, 2015.]. – A licensed, underground utility contractor shall perform all work in compliance with the plans and specifications approved by the local municipality or other appropriate authority having jurisdiction over the utility and/or work to be performed.
