§ 5-65.3-5 Expiration and renewal of licenses. [Effective January 1, 2015.]. – All licenses of underground utility contractors issued by the board expire every two (2) years on the anniversary date of the license's issuance and may be renewed on or before that date for a period of two (2) years upon payment of a two hundred dollar ($200) fee.
