§ 42-8-8 Transmission of appropriation laws and enactments. – The secretary of state shall, immediately after the passage of any act or resolution making an appropriation out of the state treasury, transmit a copy of the act or resolution to the director of administration.

The secretary of state shall, immediately after the passage of any act or resolution, transmit the act or resolution, to the law revision director for processing.
