§ 42-72.7-9 Receipt of services not contingent upon custody determination. – Consistent with §§ 42-72-14, 14-1-11.1 and 40-11-12.1, the receipt of services or benefits under this chapter is not conditioned upon, nor does it require, the placement of a child in the legal custody of the department.
