Section 42-64-9.9 - Public access to information.
§ 42-64-9.9 Public access to information. – Any permit, permit application or effluent data shall be available to the public for inspection and copying in accordance with chapter 38-2 ("Access to Public Records"). Confidential or privileged materials may be disclosed or transmitted to other officers, employees or agents of the corporation.
