§ 42-64-9.7 Notice of hearing on orders. – Before adopting or entering any order applicable to any one or more specific persons, the Rhode Island commerce corporation shall give to each of the persons, by registered or certified mail, twenty (20) days notice of the time and place of the hearing to be afforded to each of the persons if he, she or it desires the hearing. The notice shall state the date, time and location of the hearing.
