§ 42-64-7.7 Grant of powers to the corporation. – The Rhode Island commerce corporation is granted all of the powers necessary and convenient to perform the functions transferred to the Rhode Island commerce corporation pursuant to §§ 42-64-7.5 and 42-64-7.6.
