Section 42-64.13-5 - Creation of the office of regulatory reform. [Effective until February 1, 2015.].
§ 42-64.13-5 Creation of the office of regulatory reform. [Effective until February 1, 2015.]. – The office of management and budget shall create an office of regulatory reform that shall be adequately staffed and supervised in order to fulfill its functions as set forth in this chapter.
