§ 42-28.7-3 Penalty. – If, after thirty (30) days after May 17, 1983, the original or any duplicate or photocopy of the fingerprint records of minors obtained during the course of any voluntary plan, program or request, remain in the possession of any law enforcement agency, that law enforcement agency shall pay a penalty of one hundred dollars ($100) for each violation, with the sum being paid into the general treasury of the state of Rhode Island.
