§ 42-128-3 Rhode Island Housing and Mortgage Finance Corporation. – The Rhode Island housing and mortgage finance corporation established by chapter 55 of this title shall remain an independent corporation and shall serve as the housing finance and development division of the Rhode Island housing resources agency.
