Section 42-102-8 - Application of other laws. [Effective February 1, 2015.].
§ 42-102-8 Application of other laws. [Effective February 1, 2015.]. – The workforce board ("board") shall be subject to the provisions as outlined in chapter 2 of title 38 ("Access to Public Records"); chapter 35 of this title ("Administrative Procedures"); and chapter 46 of this title ("Open Meetings"). In addition, the members of the board shall be subject to the provisions outlined in chapter 14 of title 36 ("Code of Ethics").
