§ 42-102-5 Compensation and expenses. [Effective February 1, 2015.]. – The members of the workforce board shall receive no compensation for their services as members, but may, at the discretion of the executive director of the workforce board, be reimbursed for traveling and other expenses actually incurred in the performance of their official duties. The compensation paid the executive director, personnel, and other support staff, and the administrative costs shall be drawn from the job development fund; provided, however, that the administrative expenses shall not exceed thirteen percent (13%) of any sum collected in the taxable year.
