§ 42-10-19 Separation of receipts in report. – In the account of moneys received from the different courts, the general treasurer shall state separately the amounts received from the following sources: (1) entries; (2) other costs; (3) fines; (4) miscellaneous; and he or she shall also state the amounts of revenue received from all other sources, under appropriate heads.
