Section 36-7-29 - Rules and regulations – Studies – Report to general assembly.
§ 36-7-29 Rules and regulations – Studies – Report to general assembly. – The general treasurer shall prescribe such rules and regulations not inconsistent with the provisions of §§ 36-7-1 – 36-7-31 as may be necessary or appropriate for the efficient administration of its provisions. He or she shall make such analyses and studies of the operation §§ 36-7-1 – 36-7-31 as may be deemed necessary and shall submit a report to the general assembly at the beginning of each regular session covering the administration and operation of §§ 36-7-1 – 36-7-31 during the preceding fiscal year including appropriate recommendations for amendment of its provisions.
