Section 36-1-5 - Certificate of election of United States senators.
§ 36-1-5 Certificate of election of United States senators. – The governor shall give a certificate of the election of senators from this state, under the seal of the state, to the president of the senate of the United States, which certificate shall be countersigned by the secretary of state.
