§ 16-53-12 Trust gifts, grants and donations. – The trust is authorized to receive any gifts, grants, or donations made for any of the purposes of its program, including state and federal funds, and to disburse and administer the gifts, grants, or donations in accordance with its terms, subject to applicable law.
