§ 46-25-62 Exemption of the commission's revenue bonds and notes from taxation. – Revenue bonds and notes of the commission, and the income (including gain from sale or exchange) therefrom, shall at all times be free from taxation of every kind of the state of Rhode Island and the municipalities and all political subdivisions thereof.
