Section 46-10-28 - Director of the department of environmental management – Salary and expenses.
§ 46-10-28 Director of the department of environmental management – Salary and expenses. – The general assembly shall annually appropriate such sum as it may deem necessary, for the salary of the director of the department of environmental management and for his or her expenses.
