§ 46-10-18 Penalty for disobedience of order of director. – Every person who shall disobey any lawful order of the director of the department of environmental management, given in discharging the duties of the director's office, shall forfeit for every such offense twenty dollars ($20.00), to be recovered in an action in the name of the director, to the use of the town of New Shoreham.
