§ 42-6-6 Performance of powers and duties. – All the powers and duties conferred by law upon and required to be performed by the several state departments, divisions, and other administrative agencies shall hereafter be exercised, performed, and administered by the general officers, the directors of the several departments and the boards, commissions, and agencies specified in this title.
