Section 42-56-6 - Management of institutions.
§ 42-56-6 Management of institutions. – The director, or his or her designee, shall have the management, supervision, and control of the adult correctional institutions. The department or the appropriate division of the department also shall operate and repair the buildings, grounds, and other physical property at those institutions.
