RI Gen L § 42-10-13.1 (2013) What's This?

§ 42-10-13.1 Federal tax identification number required. – Before any organization receives a state grant or is appropriated a certain sum of money, said organization shall be required to provide their federal tax identification number or if applicable that it is in compliance with § 501(c)(3) [26 U.S.C. § 501(c)(3)] of the federal internal revenue code.
