Chapter 40-8.10 - Long Term Care Service Reform for Medicaid Eligible Individuals
Section 40-8.10-6 - Rules and regulations.
§ 40-8.10-6 Rules and regulations. – The secretary of the executive office of health and human services, the directors of the department of human services, the department of elderly affairs, the department of children youth and families and the department of mental health retardation and hospitals are hereby authorized to promulgate rules and regulations necessary to implement all provisions of this chapter and to seek necessary federal approvals in accordance with the provisions of the Global Compact Waiver.
